RULES COMMUNICATION IS MAGIC If you have a problem with someone we encourage you to talk to the player first before coming to the mods, we should all be able to handle discussions like an adult. However, if the problem persists don't hesitate to contact a mod. We will not tolerate harassment in any form. OOC =/= IC Some characters are jerks or assholes, some of them are annoyingly sweet. Character relationships are the bread and butter of roleplaying! We just ask that everyone be mindful the thoughts and opinions expressed by characters in game do not reflect the feelings and opinions of the players! We're all here to have fun, and drama is the spice of life (at least virtual life). PLAYERCEST Playercest is when one player plays out a thread between two of their characters. We understand that all these people are in the same place at the same time, and that interactions between characters played by the same person are possible. We just ask that these threads be kept to a minimum and take place outside the game comms, because that's not fun for anyone else. NSFW Anything that may be rated R in nature (sex, violence, drug use, etc.) should be put behind a cut with proper warnings. If a log is rated R, we require that you f-lock the entry! GODMODDING No Godmodding. Godmodding is when one person controls another person's character without that mun's permission. INFOMODDING No Infomodding. Infomodding is using outside knowledge to influence what you're character knows IC. Information learned OOC cannot under any circumstances be applied IC. Character's must figure out things on their own! For instance, we've provided a lot of background information on the setting and species present in the universe that is not common knowledge. This information should be learned through play. CHARACTER LIMIT Currently, players can bring in up to 4 characters. This is subject to change and will be based on activity levels. TAGGING In order to gauge player activity during activity check in, we ask that all your posts and tags on other posts use your community tag. 4TH WALLING 4th walling is to be left up to player discretion. If you have a character that 4th walls character's, you're free to have them do so as long as you have the permission of the mun that may have their character 4th walled. WELCOME TO NEW YORK CITY
